Emperor & Tycoon!
Our investigation into the link between the oil crisis on earth and the Galactic Empire took a huge step with the find of this photograph of an Imperial Shuttle landed next to an oil well in Texas. Apparently, not only was the Emperor once a Senator, but add to the list, Oil Tycoon (see our previous article with evidence of the Palpatine Oil gas station)!
Interestingly, the title 'tycoon' in the English language is derived from the Japanese word taikun (大君), which means "great lord," and it was used as a title for the shogun. The word entered the English language in the nineteenth century, possibly, with Palptine Oil employees referring to their Emperor!
Upon further investigation of the photograph, some interesting figures are present in the right side of the image:
There is no mistaking it - Emperor Palpatine, Darth Vader, and, an Imperial Officer, possibly, Govenor Tarkin! The date of this photograph is unknown, however the apearance of these figures would place the photo after 1960. With the rising price of oil ever since, apparently, the Emperor was able to find new ways to motivate his workers to double their efforts!
This is, perhaps, the most significant evidence found by the ISWWR team! Actual images of these individuals may change the history books forever. We have taken our first steps into a larger world....
More evidence will soon follow as we follow this amazing story of Palpatine Oil. The investigation continues...
